Summary:

In Minecraft Bedrock edition, the spyglass is not correctly positioned in the character's hand.

Steps to reproduce:

1- You must have a spyglass

2- If you don't have it, just craft one with two coppers vertically with an amethyst fragment (Or you can just get it in creative mode)

3- Put the spyglass in your hand

Observed results:

The spyglass is the opposite, the top is on the bottom and the bottom is on top and honestly it gets uglier. And it's the same in the third person

Expected results:

The spyglass should be positioned correctly (It should be positioned as it is in the Java edition). It is correctly positioned in both first and third person.
