How to trigger the bug:

1. Create a new Creative World.

2. Open your Inventory, then check the name of some of the dyes, see pictures.

Result:

White Dye = Bone Meal, Brown Dye = Cocoa Beans, etc.

Expected Result:

They're the same as Java Edition translation.
