      The tab buttons in the new UI does not appear correctly. Its misplaced, and the buttons aren't pressed down correctly.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Go to the resource packs tab, behavior packs tab, or the achievements screen
      2. Observe the tab buttons not appearing correctly

      Observed results:

      The tab buttons are not appearing correctly

      Expected results:

      The tab buttons should appear correctly, matching the previous versions
