      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enter any world in survival with Ray Tracing on
      2. Start breaking a block or multiple blocks

      Observed Results:

      The block breaking animated texture will occasionally start rapidly flashing

      Expected Results:

      The texture should display correctly, similarly to other flipbook textures in the game
