Besides my issue with Quadral being forcefully deactivated for no reason, now, every time I log on my character goes back to standard Steve/Alex. I can go in and customize and dress up my characters as much as I want, but the second I log off the game and log back on, back to Steve/Alex.

My screenshots have timestamps on the bottom right so you can see I went in, customized, I closed the game after saving the character, opened it back up, went back to bland ol' Steve.

I dont understand what is going on or how to fix it.
