I was in the nether on a realm and I noticed floating chests, crafting tables and more. If I tapped on them they went a way. Then when I came back to the over world I noticed some patterns I had seen before.
In the screen shots it shows what I saw in the nether and what I saw in the over world.
Notice the 2 chests and a vine in the nether and a double chest and a vine in the over world. I can also verify that the crafting table seen in the nether pic was there in the over world in tree house above the chests like so. I have also seen levers from the over world in the nether too.

Idk now to reproduce it but when I joined the realm I was in the nether during that game session.
