Ranged Death Messages do not properly pull custom entity names.

      When creating custom entities who use ranged weapons, it has been found that the custom entity name does not show up properly in the death message. The entity shows up normally so long as the death was done via melee with the same entity. This has been seen with both the "<entity> was shot by <entity>" and "<entity> was impaled by <entity>" death messages.

      Steps to replicate:

      1) Create a custom entity using a Skeleton as a base.
      2) Give it a non-minecraft identifier.
      3) Update the entity to exist in the en_US.lang file
      4) Let the entity kill something that displays a death message via ranged attacks.
