Using left trigger on glow berries vines, twisting vines , weeping wines or kelp with shears not working as intended.

      When holding shears, looking and pressing left trigger on selected vines or kelp in game this should stop them from growing any further. This was added to Java in snapshot 21w37a but had not been working on bedrock since
