RTX devices experience significant performance degradation when opening worlds created before 1.18.30

      RTX devices have a bug that slows performance when opening worlds created before 1.18.30.

      Worlds created after 1.18.30 do not show any performance degradation.

      Even if you update the driver to the latest version or lower the setting, it will not be improved, so please improve it.
