      The goat horn tooting animation is broken, and instead, an eating animation appears. However, if you're enabling "Vanilla Experiments" toggle in the world settings, the animation appears normally. This is because the tooting animation files are still left un-ported in the experimental_vanilla_experiments resource pack folder in the game file. (such as inside animation_controllers, animation, and entity folder)

      How to Reproduce

      1. Create a new world without enabling any experiments
      2. Get a goat horn
      3. Switch to third-person view and play it
        --> Animation is broken.
      4. Save and quit the world
      5. Enable "Vanilla Experiments" toggle in the world settings
      6. Join the experimental world
      7. Repeat step 3
        ---> Tooting animation works as intended.

      My suggestion is to move those tooting animation files to inside vanilla_1.19.0 folder (which doesn't require enabling experiments toggle).
