Sculk Sensor produces wrong vibration type for added slabs and turtle eggs

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a Sculk Sensor on the ground;
      2. Use a comparator to get the correct vibration type;
      3. Place a line of redstone dust to observe the signal strength;
      4. Place any slab or sea turtle egg nearby;
      5. Add another slab/egg on top of the already placed one.

      Observed Results:
      The vibration of the added block produces a level 6 "Block Change" signal.

      Expected Results:
      The vibration produces a level 12 "Block Place" signal.
