On Nintendo Switch, the game freezes for a seconds (sometimes even 6 or 7 seconds) repeatedly, with a minutes between each freeze. It usually happens when the game saves automatically the world, but other times it happens randomly (like it can be seen at the clip). 

I checked that it happens playing singleplayer as well as playing multiplayer.
