For odd reason, the water is not flowing and is instead frozen. I ain’t using any kind of texture pack. Just the default texture pack for Minecraft.

How to Reproduce:

1. Create a World
2. Go to Creative Mode
3. Grab a Water Bucket or Find a Flowing Waterfall
4. Place the water bucket down and see how it isn’t flowing
