This is very disturbing, please try to solve this problem as quickly as possible.

On the attached screenshot, we see that when I put the joysticks on the front controller, the 2 arrows of the touch control to advance diagonally appear, while we can clearly see the arrow that allows you to advance, is not pressed, which proves that I use a controller
