      Mineshaft destroys the end portal I see.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Enter the seed -567672433
      2. /tp -1041 -45 -791
      3. You can see the destroyed end portal.

      Expected result: The end portal stays unbreakable.

      Observed result: The end portal can be broken by any structure generation.
