Constant lag spikes

      The update was supposed to improve frames, but I get constant lag spikes and frame drops (even on 5 chunks).

      I have an 8GB, Snapdragon 865, Adreno 650 Xiaomi Mi10T Pro with additional virtual 3GB RAM allocated and running on performance mode
