      The dungeons are generated inside the ancient city redstone room, which is not supposed to happen at all.

      How to Reproduce

      1. Use the sample seed and coords below.
      2. Go to the coords using /tp commands.
      3. Go inside the redstone room under the frame statue.

      Observed Result
      The dungeon is generated inside the redstone room.

      Expected Result
      The dungeon should not generate inside.
