The bug

With the introduction of the new Create New World screen, setting the Game mode to Creative from the General tab does not explicitly enable cheats, as was the case before the layout changed.

Steps to reproduce:

From the main menu, go to Play, click Create New, then Create New World, and under the General tab set the Game mode to Creative.
→ Cheats are no longer explicitly enabled.
