Sculk occlusion is highly directional, and wildly inconsistent. The photos attached will demonstrate this. Buttons on top of GREEN terracotta WILL activate the sensor, while buttons on top of RED TERACOTTA WON’T activate the sensors.all photos are taken with the player facing in the positive Z direction, with the exception of the one demonstrating a configuration with the wool above the sculk sensor, where the directions have been marked out.
