Growing hanging mangrove propagule with bone meal creates too many particles

      Summary:
      When growing mangrove propagule with bone meal, in the java version appear 1 green particle per 1 use, while the bedrock version produces a bunch of green particles. This applies to the use of bone meal on hanging mangrove propagule, and the use of bone meal on mangrove leaves.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place a block of mangrove leaves in the air.
      2. Use bonemeal on the placed leaves.
      3. Use bone meal on the hanging mangrove propagule.

      Observed results:
      A lot of green particles are appear on the leaves and on the hanging mangrove propagule with one use of bone meal.

      Expected results:
      With one use of bone meal, 1 green particle will appear on the mangrove leaves and on the hanging mangrove propagule.
