The Top Bar on the New UI is broken. It's cut off at the bottom, and overlaps with Dialogue Boxes.
How to reproduce:
- Go to the New Create New World screen
- Observe the Top Bar on the top of your screen
- Click on the Go back to old design button
- Observe the Top Bar overlapping with the Dialogue Box
Observed Results: The Top Bar is broken and does not render correctly
Expected Results: The Top Bar should not be broken and should render correctly, matching the previous Betas & Previews
