I am attempting to build a redstone contraption in one of my worlds but every time I exit the world to check on how I made the contaption in my creative test world when I join back onto my survival world I spawn in a random location (near where I was before quitting) inside blocks. I live underground so this is probabbly just the world misplacing me but because im underground it places me inside blocks. This has killed me now and I lost all my stuff and cant get it back

To re-create it all I have to do is just be on my main survival world, quit, go onto my creative world, return to my survival world, and it happens. It seems to only happen when im standing right beside a block but that may be false and may be a coincidence.
