Sculk Shriekers that are placed by the player can be activated multiple times at once, also making multiple particles appearing in it's center.

How to reproduce

1. Place one Sculk Shrieker, then place multiple Sculk sensors around it.
2. Start walking around them to make sounds

Expected result
The Sculk Shrieker should only be activated one time.

Actual result
It can be activated multiple times at once.
