Related to MC-249947

The recent changes on Java snapshot 22w15a changed the sculk shrieker model height by one pixel. However, this change hasn't been brought into Bedrock Edition.

You can compare the sculk shrieker with the block next to it and the sculk shrieker texture between the two editions.

How to Reproduce

1. Place the sculk shrieker
2. Place any full block next to it
3. Repeat the first two steps on Java
4. Compare the height

Observed Result
The sculk shrieker is a pixel higher on Bedrock, than on Java.

Expected Result
The sculk shrieker model should be the same between Bedrock and Java.
