      Summary:
      Mobs can follow the player in spectator mode if he are holding a treat.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Summon a mob that can be lured with food.
      2. Take a treat for the summoned mob in your hand.
      3. Switch to spectator mode (/gamemode 6).
      4. Walk and see what the mob is doing.

      Observed results:
      Mobs can follow the player in spectator mode if he are holding a treat.

      Expected results:
      The player must not lure mobs in spectator mode.
