Deselecting a Textbox with a controller or keyboard, does not focus the Textbox in the new UI.

How to reproduce (a controller is required):

1. Select a Textbox
2. Deselect the Textbox by pressing (B)
3. Observe the game not focusing the Textbox
4. Move the left joystick
5. Observe the game focusing the button you just moved to

Observed Results:

The Textbox is not focused when deselected with a controller

Expected Results:

The Textbox should be focused when deselected with a controller
