      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a sculk sensor on the ground;
      2. Summon winged mobs around it (Chicken, bee, bat, parrot, allay, vex, phantom).

      Observed Results:
      The sculk sensor detects the parrot's flapping wings and produces a "flap" signal, but all other flying mobs are completely ignored until they touch the ground (which produces a "step" signal).

      Expected Results:
      All winged mobs produce a level 2 vibration signal of the "flap" type.
