      Summary:
Waterlogged blocks that can be destroyed by lava can be placed in lava (which will remove the lava), this does not match non-waterlogged blocks (which can be destroyed by lava) in the bedrock version.

      Block Exclusion:

      • Sea Grass
      • Kelp
      • Sea Pickle

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place lava.
      2. Try placing any non-waterlogged block that is destroyed by lava (e.g. torch) into the lava.
      3. Try to place in the lava any waterlogged block that is destroyed by the lava (e.g. azalea).

      Observed results:
Waterlogged blocks remove lava, although they break from lava and this does not match non-waterlogged blocks.

      Expected results:
All blocks that are break from lava cannot be placed in lava.
