The minecart with chest, hopper, and TNT crafting recipes are not shapeless on Bedrock Edition. This was changed on Java snapshot 22w13a, to bring consistency with the boat with chest crafting recipes.
How to Reproduce
1. Get a minecart, chest, hopper, and TNT.
2. Place a crafting table.
3. Craft a minecart with chest/hopper/TNT in shapeless order.
Observed Result
The crafting recipes are not shapeless, you can only craft with minecart at the bottom and chest/hopper/TNT at the top.
Expected Result
The crafting recipes are shapeless, like the boat with chest crafting recipes.
