Summary:
Allay does not have glow animation. In Java, Allay "blinks" smoothly, then it glows, then it stops, and in bedrock it glows all the time.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the time of day to dark or be in a place where there is no light.
2. Summon Allay.

Observed results:
Allay glows all the time.

Expected results:
Allay will have a java glow animation.

Note:
Animation should also be on items held by Allay, but at the moment the items are not glow.
