Summary:
Allay does not glow the item it is holding. This doesn't match the java version where the item has the same glow as Allay itself.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the time of day to dark or be in a place where there is no light.
2. Summon Allay.
3. Give Allay any non-glow item.

Observed results:
In the hands of Allay, the items does not glow.

Expected results:
In Allay's hands, the items glow.
