Sculk Shrieker doesn't drop when mined with Silk Touch

      Sculk shrieker cannot be obtained in Survival with the Silk Touch enchantment.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Obtain a Silk Touch tool and sculk shrieker
      2. Place the sculk shrieker
      3. Switch to Survival mode
      4. Mine the sculk shrieker with the Silk Touch tool

      Observed Results:
      The sculk shrieker does not drop itself.

      Expected Results:
      The sculk shrieker should drop itself.
