When you're breaking the boat with chest in creative while it has content inside, doesn't drop its content. This is inconsistent with the minecart with chest/hopper behavior in creative mode.

How to Reproduce
1. Place a boat with chest
2. Sneak and open the chest.
3. Fill with anything.
4. Break it with your hand.

Expected Result
The boat with chest drops its content.

Observed Result
The boat with chest just disappears without dropping anything.
