      Clicking on the top row of pixels on certain buttons in the New UI will press the button but does not do its intended action.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Click on the top row of pixels on a button
      2. Observe the Button pressed down
      3. Move your mouse
      4. Observe the button no longer pressed down

      Observed Results: The Button is pressed, but it does not do its intended action

      Expected Results: The Button is pressed, and should do its intended action

      Update: This bug has been fixed in Beta/Preview 1.19.0.30/31. But this bug still applies to the Seed Templates Screen.
