Woodland Mansion generates on the wrong biome such as desert.
Steps to reproduce:
- Enter the seed 1818646330
- Enter the command "/tp 2833 116 -814".
- You will see the mansion on the desert.
Expected result: Woodland Mansion generates only on dark forest.
Observed result: Woodland Mansion generates on the wrong biome.
