can't place pressure plates when teleporting to 0 0 0

      When teleporting to 0 0 0 and trying to place a pressure plate, the pressure plate wont be places

      If you have already placed a pressure plate NEAR 0 0 0 then teleported to 0 0 0 your feet won't touch the ground
