Upon loading a world without Ray Tracing initially turned on, turning on Ray Tracing will result in no PBR textures loading and all blocks appearing to have a roughness value of 0 (making them appear wet).

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Apply an RTX resource pack to your global resources, but make sure Ray Tracing is off in video settings
      2. Enter any world with the pack applied
      3. Turn on Ray Tracing

      Observed Results:

After turning Ray Tracing on all blocks appear shiny and wet, with none of their PBR textures actually being applied.

      Expected Results:

All PBR textures should load correctly upon turning on Ray Tracing, regardless of being on in the first place or not. This is the functionality that was present on versions of the game previous to 1.18 full release.

Currently a workaround has been found: the PBR textures will load properly when RTX is turned on before loading a world.

The Ray Tracing resource pack used to test this bug has been attached to the report.
