      Summary:
Wool occlusion does not work if the vibration was created on an incomplete block, and there is wool nearby (with an incomplete block). For example, the vibration of steps, jumps, falling of an object on a semi-block should be blocked by wool, which is placed nearby.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place Sculk sensor.
      2. Place wool.
      3. Place any incomplete block at the same height as the wool.
      4. Jump, walk, throw items on an incomplete block.

      Observed results:
Behind the wool on incomplete blocks, vibrations occur that are picked up by the sculk sensor.

      Expected results:
Wool should block vibrations, even if they were created on an incomplete block.
