Related to MC-230603. (parity issue)

The wolf ears and legs textures aren't mirrored. Other mobs either have mirrored symmetrical body parts or separate UVs for each part.

How to Reproduce:
1. Download and enable the testing resource pack.
2. Spawn a wolf.

Observed Result
The ears and legs textures aren't mirrored.

Expected Result
The ears and legs textures are mirrored as they should.
