Related to MC-109055 (parity issue)

The cocoa pod texture is inconsistent, the top texture is only 7 pixels wide, while the sides are 8 pixels wide. The cocoa pod doesn't also have a consistent texture consistency. It varies from the sides of the pod to the top/bottom of the pod.

How to Reproduce
1. Place jungle logs upright.
2. Place the cocoa beans on the side of the jungle logs.
3. Bone meal the cocoa pod to large size.

Observed Result
The texture is inconsistent between the top and the sides.

Expected Result
The texture should be consistent between the top and the sides, or as the Java fixes would provide later.
