Noticable mouse input lag on my laptop

      Dell inspiron 13", core i7 11390H, Iris Xe Graphics, 16 gb RAM

      With the game freshly installed on the new laptop, i get a lot of input delay from the mouse.

      nothing noticeable from the keyboard but the moue has been the issue. 

      Is there any fix for this?
