Related to MC-174082 (parity issue).
There are three mis-rotated blocks in snowy_small_house_2.
How to Reproduce
1. Create a new world with seed 425603.
2. Go to coords 204 69 181.
Observed Result
There are three blocks that are incorrectly rotated.
Expected Result
Those blocks should be correctly rotated like on Java.
