Related to MC-172025 and MC-177624 (parity issue)

Some of the stripped log blocks have their incorrect rotation in the snowy_medium_house_2 structure. This makes the structure look ugly and asymmetrical.

How to Reproduce
1. Create a new world with the seed 22769.
2. Go to the nearby village in front of you.
3. Find the said structure at 81 87 221.

Observed Result
Several blocks are incorrectly rotated in the structure.

Expected Result
Several blocks should be correctly rotated and symmetrical.
