      Relates to MC-242709. (parity issue)

      When clusters of dripstones generate in aquifers, random dents and holes will also generate, making aquifers in dripstone caves look slightly ugly.

      How to Reproduce
      1. Use the seed 138192870
      2. Go to -15 1 -116.

      Observed Result
      The dripstone clusters will be accompanied by unnecessary holes in the ground.

      Expected Result
      The aquifers in dripstone caves don't have any holes in the ground.
