Summary:
After changing (name change, enchantment) items with full durability (only for items with durability!) in the anvil, items cannot interact with the world 1 time (you can not break the block, use it for its intended purpose).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the anvil.
2. Get any item that can break (with full durability).
3. Modify an item with an anvil (rename or enchant).
4. Try to break the block with an item / use it for its intended purpose.

Observed results:
When trying to break a block / use an item for its intended purpose - it will not break the block or perform other interaction (only 1 time after use in the anvil).

Expected results:
Once enchanted/renamed, items should interact correctly with the world the first time around.
