Since 1.18.10 Changed the ui for the skin menu, it has been impossible to use a skin from a custom (persona) skin pack, everytime you try to equip one of the (persona) skins from the (persona) skin pack. It will not show up the "Equip" Button. This bug does not affect the skin packs from the marketplace.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download or create any Minecraft custom (persona) skin pack, then add it to Minecraft.
2. Go to the skin menu, change your classic skin and try to select one of the (persona) skins from your skin pack.
Observed Results:
You can not equip one of the persona skins from the (persona) skin pack. The "Equip" Button will not show up.
Expected Results:
There should be an "Equip" button to equip one of the (persona) skins.
