      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a door and trapdoor
      2. Open the trapdoor
      3. Stand on top of the door and trapdoor
      4. Mine the door and trapdoor in Survival mode

      Observed Results:
      The top of the door and trapdoor appear darker when mined.

      Expected Results:
      The tops of doors and trapdoors should not appear darker when mined.
