      Summary:
Baby bees will not make any progress towards growing up, and adult bees will not get their breeding timer reset, when they're inside a nest or hive. This causes bees to take much longer to breed again and grow up.

This bug also existed in Java Edition and was fixed in 20w22a: MC-166135.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Set the dodaylightcycle gamerule to false
      2. Place a bee nest/hive
      3. Spawn two bees
      4. Breed the bees with a flower
      5. Set the time to night
      6. Wait for the bees to enter the nest/hive, and then wait 20 minutes
      7. Set the time to day
      8. Try to breed the adult bees

      Observed Results:
The baby bee is still a baby, and the adult bees cannot be bred.

      Expected Results:
When inside a nest or hive, baby bees should make progress towards growing up, and adult bees should get their breeding timer reset.
