After updating to the latest version of minecraft, Water noise textures are no longer functioning.

Attached is a picture taken on 1.17.11 (Prior Water Texture - 1.17.11)  and a picture taken on the latest version 1.18.2 (Broken Water Texture - 1.18.2)

On the 1.17.11 screenshot water noise textures are clearly visible however on the 1.18.2 version no water noise is found.

This bug with water noise is much more noticable and unpleasent where biome water borders happen. Those pictures are attached as well. (Old Texture) & (Broken Texture)
