When you die in survival and you have items, they remain floating but in a ghost form since it is really somewhere else (It only happens sometime).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Play in survival
2 Die with mobs Many times until it is floating.

Observed Results:
Items are Ghostly Floating as they are in another location (Once you close and open the World this is fixed).

Expected Results:
The items are in their correct location.
